Workshops, demo tape films, There’s only one way to learn the art of making films: make films and get yourself in front of the camera! How do film actors work on a set? To answer this we have to understand the different departments that are needed to build a film set. The only way to learn this is through practical work on films and all of its many professional facets. At Artrium we form film teams, which develop film scenes over several months and then realise them in front of the camera. In “Projects” you can see some examples. What a lot of people don’t know: the stage is still the best training for a film actor, as presence on film is concentrated stage presence! Many excellent film actors can be seen again and again on the stage.
